FG Chronomancer Warband - Meet the gang
« on: March 31, 2020, 12:31:39 PM »
How do folks, thought I'd upload some pictures of my Frostgrave warband here. So without further ado, let me present Idunn Everyoung the Chronomancer, her apprentice Skorgald the Scorched and a knight in her employment, Sir Charles de Fitznorris. More to follow...

Penultimate group shot - Quarrel and Fletch. Thought I was being clever with the names and then realised they sound like a 70's Buddy Cop TV show  ::)

Nice stuff !

Your X-bowman would be the immediate target for one of my gaming mates' war bands as he has taken an irrational dislike to them. When I asked him about this, he said that it was something dating back to the medieval/crusades period where x-bows were deemed not be a godly weapon or some such....

I now always buff my X-bows and Mareksman with Shield if I have it.

Thanks Giles, yes I believe the Medieval Church and some nations did try to ban the crossbow. Thanks for the tip on buffing/ shielding. Will probably not save him from my brothers treasure hunter though. He just seems to have this uncanny ability to roll crits every game at key moments. He's a bit of a legend in our games now. lol
