Source of Citadal Style Hole-in-Centre Shields?

Do any of you fine folks know of someone who sells shields in the style of the old citadel shields - you know, with the hole in the centre to fit on a little nub on the mini's arm?

Those are what I had in mind, yeah - but I'm pretty flexible.

That's a skill I'd like to develop... but I'm not sure shields is where I want to start it. Thanks for the video, though :)
