Hi Folks

For folks who may not have seen our Gallipoli Demo game being played at CanCon in Canberra, Australia over the past two years:

Darn, now you made me get out and prime those 40 WW1 Turks I had.
Clear the battlefield and let me see

Hi Folks

Thanks for the nice replies.

Stecal I'm sorry you had to drag out your Turks  :) But I do hope you enjoy getting them on the gaming table as I'd my best friend Leroy Simpson paint mine and many other countries forces.

I believe Brigade Games is looking at Turks in mixed headgear (Arab headdress, helmet Fez etc) with fix bayonet for the Turks. Lon was indicating in an e-mail to me that he has to persuade Mike Owen to get them done. Mike is in his element at the moment with the Russians which look lovely.

God Bless

Helen

ANZACs, and airplanes, and ships, oh my!  :o  :o  :o

Madame, this must be one of the most impressive tables I´ve ever seen, if not the best! Most excellent! May I ask what rules were used (I assume some fast-play set, considering the number of figures involved)?

Hi Chris

Thanks for your comments. The first year we used Sword in the Flame Rules and the second year we used Contemptible Little Armies.

My vote and others playing for the second year were for the latter set of rules.

God Bless

Helen, I've seen these pictures linked off the Brigade Games discussion group, but they're still gorgeous. I'd love to see it in person at some point.
