Frostgrave expected value for treasure

Maybe this is old news to some of you, I am pretty sure Joe knows this. 

In the Frostgrave Core Rules on average a treasure is worth 301,5gc, if one presumes that all grimoires can be sold and are valued at 250gc.
If the grimoires are valued at zero, then the expected value of treasure is 201,5gc.

And here are some additional average values, which i used to arrive at above value:
Potion=95
Weapon/Armour = 315
Item =312,5

If you wonder what sparked this delve into the treasure tables: After our last game we were discussing wether the Genie's Lamp is a valueable treasure at 300gc or if you would rather have a "normal" treasure.
