In Praise of Crom's Anvil
« on: May 15, 2020, 02:48:47 AM »
In the midst of the Pandemic, I placed an order for stuff from Crom's Anvil which shipped from UK last Saturday and arrived today, Thursday, in California.  Order complete.  While there a lot of great companies, Crom's Anvil's tracking is really pretty amazing for a small company.  Only company with more detailed shipping for me has been Baueda - a somewhat larger company (not really big, maybe, but larger).

If you haven't checked them out, give them a look over - though they are in 15 mm.  If you are a fan of the Conan movies, definitely check them out!  (I bought for my 19th century Africa which it will also work for, perhaps with a little modification here and there - and a wee bit of sort of Pulp).

Good service, good communication.

To be fair, I don't think that personal hygiene has much to do with the scale they choose to use ;)  :D
