Cool, the halfling werebear in his multiple forms is my favourite so far.
And I don't even like halflings so that's saying a lot ;)

Cheers,
Stroezie.

Every Adventurer needs loot to seek.

The Splintered light treasure set it great to add into your dungeon crawl and the barrels are from Ral Partha Europe.

Our band wanders into the main treasure room.  , but what caused the skeleton to be there?  We will find out.

Thank you and Enjoy

Aha! I see your adventurers are venturing inside the mountain now 8)

Nice work on those treasure pieces.

When I recover from the last taxman's attempt on my wallet, I may have to include a set in my next Splintered Light order.

Cheers,
Stroezie.

Last year I painted up these 3 warbands to play Frostgrave in 15mm.

The good wizard with a very studious apprentice.

The evil wizard with his attractive apprentice.

The famous Gnome illusionist "Shorty" who only hires henchmen that are shorter than him.

lots of detailed pictures here

Hello all, I hope this note find you well.

I have completed The Dwarf King and Lord.  He will lead his retinue shown above.  These are Khurasan miniatures, a very unique set of Dwarfs.  I found the banner during an online search, so credit to whoever is out there.

Thank you and Enjoy

I acquired a macro lens attachment for my phone.  The picture below is a test shot.  While I do not think taking a picture at this level of detail is the right approach to mini pics, I found the results interesting.  I will share, to allow you to see some extreme detail.  Probably more detail then I want to share of my painting.  :)

I completed this unit representing members of the Dwarf Fyrd.  The miniatures are Splintered Light.

A great set to represent the less heavily armored units of the Dwarf host. Maybe some Warband or Auxiliary for HOTT/DBA

Enjoy and Thanks

Great looking unit. I often went up against dwarfs in Songs of Blades and Heroes - tough little blighters.

Hello,

For the time being, here is the last foot unit for the Dwarf army. A lovely unit of crossbows.  The miniatures are Splintered Light.

I have something very different on the work bench that will round out the army.

Enjoy and Thank you

What is this...

While not very Tolkien, I just HAD to add a war wagon into my Dwarf Arsenal because it was so much fun.  Please enjoy.

A demonworld Empire War Wagon with Splintered Light crossbow crew.

enjoy...

It may be the very deterrent the Dwarfs of the Iron hills need from any future Wain rider threats from the East.  You never know.

Thank you

Haha, really cool piece.
My megalomania is kicking in already....
.... so four of these  to anchor the corners, shieldwalls in between, instant moving dwarven fortress....        ....now I will conquer the world! ;D

Cheers,
Stroezie.

With the completion of the war wagon the Dwarf army in this project is complete.  I have many more dwarf minis in the drawers, but those can wait for now.

Enjoy the 101 minis so far and six more armies to go.  "And miles [of minis] to go before I sleep, And miles [of minis] to go before I sleep"

Thanks

I ordered some custom bases from Litko to allow ease of movement and to play DBA style games.

I thought this was pretty cool.

I found a 3D file for stalagmites on Thingverse.  My son scaled them down and printed them on his 3D printer.  I coated them in super glue to minimize the build up rows when painted.  The painting was real  quick and I think I have some great cave scatter terrain.

I hope you enjoy

Thank you
