Super cool!

When I read the "Men Who Would Be King" rules I thought of the exact thing you are doing.

What did you do with the Tharks stat-wise/unit wise?

Thanks all!

What did you do with the Tharks stat-wise/unit wise?

We are using them as Tribal Cavalry in units of 5 figs, each with 2 wounds.
They are fierce (Fight of 4+ instead of 5) and Savage (+1 to hit when attacking)
They are fast, brutal and tough to take down - so they feel about right (ie Scary as heck!)

Being a most entertaining battle on Mars, hosted by VonAkers today: 6 players at 40-50 points per player, pitting Britain against France and her Martian allies to secure vital shipments of Liftwood.

The calm before the storm on the 15 foot table looked thus:

Part 2 of the Battle:

The massed Gashants of the Hill Martians and the Royal Gashant Corps clash!

In the Centre the assault on the British frontier camp was hotly contested

While the French start their advance on the primary objective: The Liftwood!
