Need an alternative 25/28mm female archer

Hello All
I wanted to re-run the terror of the lichemaster campaign (I've added a few original figures, repainted my boards and it was great fun last time)
I need a female archer for Riolta snow
this is the original Riolta Snow figure


They go for daft money on ebay and its a terrible figure.
I thought i had struck gold with a reaper elf archer but she towers over all my other figures.
Any thoughts?
old or new but must be smaller end of 28mm.
Any help appreciated
