You'll never hide a Tiger tank in that building  lol
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Maybe not, but a couple of MG42 with lots of hard cover will be a bitch to dislodge!

Didn’t get much painting done except for these deployment markers (Warbases) yesterday.

A little “admin” work.

Are you planning to have little diorama versions as well?

Yes.  Bought a set of the Lardies ones but Jamie’s has the same.  As such, I’m going to make up a few of my own using crates, spare weapons off sprues and barrels.   For now though, these are perfectly adequate.

Fair enough.
Are Jamie's covered in snow, al la Bulge?
If yes yours could be done up for Normandy (or vice-versa).
Just a thought.

Here we go...sanded and primed.

Once painted, I will get lots of wall climbers, shrubs etc to break up the monotony of the wall and help age the chapel.

Yep, for some reason that looks 'right' - looking forward to seeing what you do with painting it.
Wargaming since the dark ages...

Decided to do a few more battlefield friendly deployment markers.  These use a combination of Warlord cargo piles, plastic weapons bits, resin barrels and a PLA German hand cart.

Re: CoC - Western Front - Michelin Star Restaurant!
« Reply #284 on: January 27, 2021, 10:40:19 AM »
Cheers guys.

So, I’ve been tinkering.   Jamie is currently working up gardens for his town houses, utilising laser cut green houses, sheds etc.

As I’m concentrating on more rural settings, I need to start putting together pig sty’s, chicken  coups etc but I also want to extend the Chateau.  In conversation, it came up to do a little formal garden for it and once I find a fountain I like, I will do so.

But I decided why stop there?   In my daft head, combining my love of cooking with wargaming etc...I decided the Chateau will be a two Star Michelin restaurant and so it needs its own produce garden.  To me, this is almost bordering on dolls house making, but I’m also in the school of if it looks good, it will play good.

So, I found a greenhouse courtesy of Iron Gate.....pla kit, bugger to glue but lots of cool details, such as trays and pots.

I’ve made a start on the produce garden and started making produce for it.    Will take a few days to get it completely done so here are a few WIP pics.

As well as using it for these CoC games, I can see the Chateau and associated area being used in all manner of other games and has been mentioned....could be a favourite haunt of local senior Heer / SS officers.......dirty Dozen anybody?

If interested, I’m building a small thread in Workbench on how to make produce.
