Another Billhooks game - battle of Dungborough 1471
« on: September 11, 2020, 03:27:07 PM »
Another run out with the 'Never Mind the Billhooks' wars of the Roses rules, presented freely in this months wargames Illustrated magazine.

This time out, a terrain objective was added and I was using the official printed cards from WI.

I have the two armies in march column approaching the same objective. They need to balance the need to take the objective with shaking out of column. A very tight game as it turns out. Enjoying these rules.

Nice job on the write-up, I appreciate the details about game play. Just got my copy of the rules and reports like yours are convincing me that I should give it a spin!
