Looking for Modern Combat Litters/stretchers

Does anyone sell Modern casualties on a combat litter, without carriers, in 15 or 20mm? I Think it would be a handy way to show a unit has a casualty with them they are transporting.

I looked at that one but I'd only need the casualty and stretcher. Right now I'm going to try using some of the casualties from Elhiem with some empty stretchers from S&S Models and see if that gets the look I want.
