Following on from the WW2 Russian Buildings earlier in the week here is a feature on the first German Tanks for Kursk.

No real plan with these just a box of each from PSC. Lovely models they are too, nice and easy to paint, these were all done in a week.

Links to the blog post and Utubes above. Russians next week.

I built two Tigers for my buddy - of the PSC variety and I really enjoyed making them.  While most of my Soviets are Zvezda/FoW at the moment (simply due to cost/ease of purchase), I've been really pleased by my PSC kits.  I've built a few Tigers and StuH for my friend - and have built a few M5 halftracks for myself.  Lovely stuff all around.

Impressive armoured force!  :o
I'm about to start building my Kursk Germans and collections like these are very inspiring. :)

While most of my Soviets are Zvezda/FoW at the moment (simply due to cost/ease of purchase), I've been really pleased by my PSC kits.
The German and American PSC kits I have are great, but unfortunately I cannot say this for the Soviet ones - especially the T-70 was a big disappointment when it comes to accuracy. :( For plastic Soviets, it's better to stick with Zvezda and Battlefront.

I've used PSC mainly for Russians but they don't do some stuff so I've used Zvezda for KVs & SU 152s.
