No. And I can’t imagine it being very useful. First nothing beats a compressor with a tank (and water separator) and second that... thing... is squarely in the way of you using the lever properly. Also thinking about it I can't imagine it being very ergonomically over prolonged periods. I'd say your wrist would ake in no time.

seen a number of variable reviews for similar, after looking, some like, some don't

Reading through get suggestions that should expect it to be low pressure which would make sense, and need very thin medium to avoid clogging, eg water, dirty if your lucky, or premium paints/inks only. No home blends.. That and comments of charged usage times varying from "plenty", great, to "only 5 minutes", overall its primarily put forward as expect 80% cleaning/charging time and 20% usage time

But main comments that put me off is its not a standard connector on the models I have found,   so cannot use with other compressors or standard connectors, and cannot use with other airbrushes that you might have.

with the little time I have had to use my setup, compressor, tank and water traps/separators are all essentials for prolonged sessions, and prefer more play time than cleaning time to be fair.

That and if it popped up on your facebook, looks like its being add targeted..just for you. because you need it so you can tell us what its like....
