Very clever, I like the hood. :)

The hood head is a Westwind Pict one with a collar made of a thin lead sheet which fits the shape of the head by pressure.
In a few days, i'll show you 2 others peasants  with this technic for hood/collar scratchbuilt.

the Thierry's gang is growing  ;)

From the other side, more troops are coming (Fireforge and LBMS transfert)  :

if you known it as a kid, you should be classified as an "old" wargamer  lol lol lol

new peasants / gangers based on the Crusaders Peasant pack:

from left to right
* the barehead one : head and axe 's arm(Wargame Atlantic) / collar (thin lead sheet )
* the hooded one : hood with a long tail on the back (thin lead sheet ) / weapon cuted at the hand base and drilled for a polearm.
* the maxeman : sword removed and switched for a Mace (FireForge).

Some Crusader Miniatures knights are coming like this one :

an another view of the 2 handed sword knight.

the 2 arms (and the sword) are FireForge but i need to cut into the body (and the cloak) for the right angle of the sword arm.
I had to redo a part of the coat with a thin lead sheet, smoothing it to incorporate it into the existing cloak, covering the shoulder.

thank you Malamute.
Indeed, the starting figurine is common and with the addition of the plastic arms it gives it another dimension.
the Knight is coming from the Teutonic range (circled red)
