Remember that brushes are needed for varying paintjobs. "Large" ones (think up to 5 or so) for large objects like hats, coats, basic colours, smaller ones for blanketrolls, rucksacks, the wooden part of a musket and the smallest ones for detail. I buy my "large" brushes at "Action" (example: see https://www.action.com/nl-nl/brand/van-bleiswijck/ - prices in Euro), and the smallest ones at "Aliexpress" - brushes for nail art (example: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/4001264592055.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.3c3a3153rSuvDP&algo_pvid=null&algo_expid=null&btsid=2100bde116098507318054440e0e9c&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_) (sorry about the very long link). This last suggestion I found on this forum, BTW. By using all those cheap brushes I can spend some money on the "good" brushes mentioned above !
