My Monster Hunters
« on: September 01, 2009, 12:55:27 AM »
I was rooting through my collection looking for things to unload, when I came across this group of monster hunters for Gothic horror. I used these in our local Chaos in Carpathia campaign (run personally by the venerable Scott Pyle). As I recall they did not do very well, suffering greatly at the claws of the creatures of the night.

The figure on the left is a slightly converted West Wind Watson figure.

The left center is a West Wind Victorian civilian with an added torch, pistol and bowler.

The center figure is from the Foundry Christmas set, "The Chestnut Seller"

The center right is a foundry cowboy with a head from "The Chestnut Seller"

The right figure is a West Wind Vampire Wars figure.

These guys are obviously the leaders of those mobbing villagers that carry torches & pitchforks.

I like that over-under gun the torchbearer has. I bet it has a helluva kick to it!

Most excellent, HRE!

I like the conversion of the chap holding the stake and mallet

So you're off loading these then?

First dibs on the stake and mallet and lambchop sideburn chaps, (sounds like a lunch order at a Bavarian Steak house! :D).
