Indeed! 'The Strictest School in the World' was released this month in N. America; Here's the publisher's page --

It's a Victorian fantasy story, with lots of flying machines, mad inventions and evil teachers. I know that Amazon Deutschland have it among their English language books.

Guess its the right book for me and in a few years maybe exciting for my daughter
