Juggs, like Mach, is a convict that underwent forced cyberisation, however unlike Mach, Juggs was designed with security in mind. Theres not really a lot to tell about him, as hes really nothing more than a programmable machine that smells. He was aboard the Galactic Princess when it was taken, and rather than destroy him, Isabella sacrificed 16 crew men tryign to subdue the beast, finally managing to bring him down and reprogram his cyber brain, he now acts as Isabella's personal bodyguard and executioner.

Juggs is short for Juggernaut System.
