His figs have a definite "Tin Soldier" quality about them (deliberately so) that I'm not sure will meet with approval amongst all the Lead Adventurers (who always turn out stunning masterpieces), but I like to see a table full of figures, howsoever they may be painted.  :)

Want to know something random? Synflood works about three blocks from me. There's a group of us dedicated Civil Servants* who met via TMP. I'm slated to do lunch (and possibly a quick game of OGRE) with him some time this month. He is a great guy in real life. He has a wonderful sense of humor and yes, his little toy soldier Turks are completely infectious. I'll pass along your kind regards, if you're okay with that.

TMP has left me cool lately, too. The only funny part of late is it seems one member got a visit from the Ministry of Love for asking too many civil defense "what if" questions.

Whatever. I'm glad you're not dead or pulled an Allen.

*The other guys are Illumisar and Deathwing, neither of whom are members here, I think. We all work in DC. They work for Uncle Sam in his vast bureaucracy, I work for a bunch of filthy, filthy liberals.

Please do feel free to pass the kind regards along, Pete. I did send him an email thanking him, but I'm not sure if he got it. Is it just me or is email becoming the least reliable means of communication lately? I seem to have lots of bother both sending and receiving stuff, and so do some of my friends. I think I'd be better off just handing the message to a passing urchin, giving them sixpence for their trouble and hoping for the best.

Rich, if you like that one, how about this:

You have to Think of a brick wall! Think of a brick wall! It's the only way to fight their power.

This is just wrong. They keep tearing down my wall. They know I'm planning to kill them all!

Poruchik! I did know his site, it's linked in my Blog. Very nice guy and a very nice game. I always found the not so well-known russian-turk wars very interesting and would like to play it, but 42mm isn't really my cup of tea :)

I didn't realise you had a blog too, along with everything else. I've just been looking at it.

You've got websites coming out of your ears*, Prof!

Plynkes - Glad to have you back with us. I always enjoy reading your blog and game reports. You certainly inspired me into gaming King Kong :)

I know what you mean about TMP. I spend my time now enjoying the fellowship here
