Xmas Village stuff has potential
« on: November 14, 2009, 01:45:42 AM »
Fellow Adventurers,
I picked a couple of these up at Rona's today, part of the Lemax Xmas Village offerings for this year.  Rona's is a Canadian DIY store much like B&Q in the UK, Hornbach (sp?) in Germany.

Subway entrance CDN$11.99 + taxes (of course!)

Bus Shelter CDN$9.99 + the usual.
A bit out of scale but not too bad:

If anyone is interested in acquiring any PM me and I'll see what I can do.

Sterling

Great pieces...when are you gonna crack them out so that we can play with them???

Hope you had a great Fall In.

About the only work needed is to swap that bench out for one low enough for a 28mm figure to actually sit down on. Nice!

I should wander past the local Michael's craft store next week, although all the Halloween stuff is likely gone and the Xmas stuff will still be full price. Was going to go last week, but a minor matter of an imploding hard drive kind of soaked up my spare time...

That subway entrance is GREAT! May have to check out the local Michael's next week to see if they have any.
