Thought I'd start a collection of Infinity figures and maybe game with them in the future.

I have to say I love the aesthetics of their models, not so much the prices, but certainly some of the best looking models on the net.
I like the way you've painted it too, nice dark and broody colours.

Great paintjob! The dark realistic approach really fits Ariadna, as opposed to the happy, bright anime look of the Nomads, zum Beispiel.

Yes I like the Ariadna over the other factions they seem to have a more down to earth feel about them. If you painted at the rate I do then the cost is negligable, I'll probably paint about one a month as I've other projects to tend to.

The sculpting and casting is quite good reminds me of Hasslefree in attention to detail. It was a pleasure to paint although I nearly messed up the varnishing had to touch up a few areas. This was difficult as I'd lost track of the different greens I,d used.

I want to get hold of the highlander set, maybe Santa will help

Ariadna also got the Little Red Riding Hood set, still one of my favourites ;)

Knowing me I'd end up painting all the characters and yes a wolfen force would be one of my many options. It's good to see the range has its' fans as it really is deserved. I've not read the ruleset yet but I gather it's a skirmish game and can be played with a small force.

I've played the game a couple of times and it's a very dynamic game, which requires a lot of tactical insight (which I'm desperately short on), because your opponent can react on your actions in your own turn. The rules themselves do not read easily (sort of the same as with the Confrontation 3 rules). You can play the game with as few as five models per side.

At the moment I'm painting a Japanese Sectorial Army for Infinity to play against a friend's Ariadna.

I'll shoot some pics tomorrow, when the light is better ;)

What's up next for your Ariadna forces?

I haven't thought about the next but the Caledonian volunteers appeal to me.
