Ancient Celt (Historical Sample)
« on: December 02, 2009, 12:15:04 AM »
Hi guys longtime painter and skirmish mini-gamer, but new to Lead-Adventure. A friend recommended these forums and after purusing them I can see why. There is a lot of miniature goodness on here.

Anyway, I noticed that I had a severe lack of historical miniatures on my painting page. In an attempt to rectify the situation I painted up an Ancient Celt. This was a really fun miniature to paint. It is from the plastic historical range produced by Warlord Games. As always comments welcome!

Glad you made it here Rico. The Celt looks great. Did you finish any more of those Napoleonics?

Lovely!! Thats the best paint job I've seen on one of Warlord Games Celts to be honest. I don't think it could be improved upon! If you dont mind me asking, how long did it take you to paint him up?
