Indeed, it is a splendid building. Just a few miniature flowers/veg etc in the garden would set it off to perfection.

Agreed. That is a gem of a model!  :-*

That is a might fine house.  Very atmospheric!  I'm sure it will get a lot of use!

The plantation owner and his foreman.

Very nice and easy figures to clean up and paint, not like the Perry one which was murder.

Or a nice cup of tea!! Picture the Foundry colonial chap with his cuppa and the cricket bat holding chappie. Then again one of the seated Victoria's daughters with the African fellow carrying the drinks tray would fit. Perhaps a conversion of the seated adventurer to hold a glass/cup rather than a revolver. Look in the Dark Continent or the Adventurers packs for suitable figures.

Oh yes that hits the spot GM. Now I'm getting the urge to drink a Singapore Sling on the veranda!
Cheers,

Its a stunning model Colin. I really like the small details, like the flowers and the trellis under the house. Love it! ;D :-*

That has turned out even better than I hoped when I saw the first post  :o

Maybe that pic was taken during a spectacular African sunset?  ;)

The chap in the smoking jacket and fez is naggingly familiar, but I just can't place him. Ironclad maybe?

It's the private soldiers scrabbling about for secret supplies of whiskey you need to guard against  ;)

Very nice small range of Victorian figures. There was a thread about them a couple of months ago. I will see if I can find it, if you are interested?
