Zorro & a priest
« on: December 24, 2009, 02:41:08 PM »
Here are my attempts at painting Malamute's lovely Zorro miniatures:

Also a priest, to aid him in his escape from the Governor:

I think he is a Copplestone sculpted freebe from somewhere (Partizan?)

Thats not much of an attempt is it. I would say it is a resounding success.

Nice work.   :)  Personally I'd have gone for brighter metal on the sword - but that's just me.

The priest - very good.

The priest is a WI subscription give away, Friar Tuck I think.

Very nice Paul.

I'm thinking of doing mine up as a camp Zorro - all pink lurex and gold lamé...  ;)

I mean, how many all-black Zorros can the world stand?  :D

I'm sure I've seen a movie where that was done.  ;)

Strong work! :-*

I don't know if I could handle a pink Zorro! :o  If you do one, you also must get the deeply suntanned/sunburned look of George Hamilton so the skin stands out well against the pink cloth! lol
