'Over the Top', anyone know when its coming out?

Basically for my planned Great War German army I want to it to look like a force that might have fought at the Somme or Verdun, and to that effect I was wondering if anyone knows when Warhammer Historical are releasing their 'Over the Top' expansion for the Great War.

Absolutely no idea. Their last newsletter was the 22nd December and there has been no update of the website since. Some time this year is the best guess.

Christmas Don't care really, they have missed the the boat, use Through the Blood and the Mud now.

Fear not, the real OTT, the one by Greg Novak and Frank Chadwick, the one true  Great War rule set came out many years ago. Now that's one that would be worth updating. I'd love to see it in print again.

Sadly it is not the rumored Gallipoli book - that was 3rd on the release list.

I'd be very surprised if ther were any more supplements for GW after OTT. 

There were various titles discussed but taking into account how long it has taken them to pull their finger out for OTT I don't think they'll want to repeat the process.

You are probably right.  As I understand OTT was pretty much completed in draft form before WHH folded and they already had the OTT front cover in the back of the GW book.

Thats Ok, though "Great War to find them, Mud & Blood to bind them" (worked that way for me anyway -- found an opponent 1/2 hour away via the WAB forum.  Former 40k guy, but I knew it was love when he said, "Oh, I don't like putting my half-painted/unpainted figs on the table for a game")

This book is dead. Try Triumph and Tragedy as an alternative. FW is a club of resin-boys with no plan. Sorry for them...
