Palm beach!! (some plastic palmtrees)
« on: 05 February 2010, 09:32:56 PM »
Some plastic palmtrees and pines I've bought in a religious shop with nativity scene "Belenes" accesories in Valencia (Spain), I get a lot of palmtress priced between 1€ /1,50€, and three little pines 2€ each, nice work in plastic... realistic and nice colour... A bargain!!

Here some photos (with some of my last paint models for scale comparision) sorry but the photos are quite bad... I hate flash effect!!!

They seems to fit fine with 28mm... I think...

Wow! There's quite a height to those palm trees, very nice models, a very good buy.

Did I see in another thread that you were looking for figure suppliers in Valencia ?

Maybe the answer might be that you tell us what figures you want and someone could post them to you in exchange for cheap palm trees ?

Sorry, but I just bought some palmtrees for my collections... I think there were not too much stock in the shop... but when I'll travel to Valencia in a couple of months I can bought some more for interested LAF users... I'll post for that...

You can try to contact with the shop too... this is the address...

Aw man!  Those are nice!

Those little scrub pines would be PERFECT for gaming Florida!  That's exactly what our woods look like! (Seminole Wars, and Colonial SATF German invasion of The Sunshine State"What if" game)

Mortimer, those trees are absolutely fantastic!  They remind me of the larger scale plastic Pegasus palm trees that sell on this side of the ocean for $9 for box of 3 trees.  The links you provided are great.  The pines and other trees are wonderful, better than anything I've seen over here.

That Monbelen site has some other great stuff.  Wonder how big the buildings and castillo are:
