This looks good.  Even if it does have Nic Cage in it...

Lots of good potential here...

It looks like the kind of movie I would like. But I find it slightly cheap trick to cast Ron Perlman (good actor, by all means) just to lure those who dug The Name of the Rose.

I had visions of the Wicker Man remake running through my head when I read Nic would be in the movie! Still, might be interesting.

I'm going to steer clear of it.  Those two (Nick and Keanu) seem to be the kiss of death for otherwise good movies.

Hmmmmm, might be worth a watch, not sure about Cage though.
Why does he have the same accent no matter what film he's in?
Kinda spoils the vibe in that trailer.

Oh, poor old Nic Cage...  :'(

Sometimes he's brilliant (Raising Arizona, The Rock, Con-Air, Lord of War, Windtalkers, Leaving Las Vegas), and other times he's the worst scenery-chewing hack actor (Ghost Rider, National Treasure, Face Off, The Wicker Manremake).

Maybe he would be better if he had an expression other than mild surprise. Maybe he is always surprised that he keeps getting away with it...  lol

leave poor nick alone he has to earn a living. :)
Looks good but so did the Wolfman.  Look like Mutant Chronicles all over again just in the past not the future.

It could be rubbish (the Wicker Man remake was atrocious), but I'm all for more period horror movies.  It holds some promise for inspiration if nothing else.  The Plague Doctors looked great!
