Dingy
« on: May 11, 2007, 04:26:11 PM »
I felt I had to share this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Medieval-Life-Boat-1-72-scale-model-kit_W0QQitemZ320111722305QQihZ011QQcategoryZ4248QQcmdZViewItem

I bought one of these today and eventhough it is 1/72 scale it is perfect to use as a 28mm scale dingy.

It's a polystyrene kit and really easy to put together. I turned it into a waterline dingy I just glued the hull together and put it against my sander.
Really cheap to at 6 euro.

I am using it as a life boat for my steamer but it is equaly good for pirates, napoleoniv landig crews and what have you...[/url]
