Pirates at Campaign 2007
« on: May 13, 2007, 10:42:56 PM »
Just back from a weekend putting on my pirate game at Campaign in Milton Keynes.  Plenty of fun games which everyone seemed to enjoy.  Remembered to take the camera as well!

A view of the whole table

A slightly closer shot

Two of the crews about to set off

Lady Knightly, Carstairs and manservant approach a treasure hoard

All hell breaks loose in the town square

Lady Knightly dispatches an uncouth pirate whilst her companions hide!

After making off with the treasure, They are ambushed in an alleyway

Wow! Looks like a fun game!

All pirate games should end with hell breaking loose. A well-ended pirate game was done improperly.

They are both scratch-built using the Gary Chalk plans that were printed in Wargames Illustrated issue 138 (March 1999).

The buildings are based on his later article in issue 146 (November 1999).
