If you're looking for subs, Pendraken do a rather nice one, but unfortunately in 10mm scale. I got one for 15mm gaming, but use it alongside the HLBS one as a 28mm 3-man midget submarine.

I just try not to feed the crew too much - don't want any fatties to tip it up.

To be fair it's quite a squeeze for the 15mm crew, but in 28mm it usually just needs to sit in the harbour and be guarded (or sunk/stolen, depending on your viewpont).
