Salute2010
« on: 15 March 2010, 03:12:39 PM »
Hi

Does anyone know if Salute2010 is still on and if so is it still at Excel?
When I went to the Excel site it didn't have any mention of it in its Whats On section

There are two ways that you could go. Probably the quickest would be to get on the Jubilee Line and get off at Canning Town on the DLR and then it's just two stops to Customs House for Excel. Or the other way would be to go up the Northern line from Waterloo one stop (Embankment) and then get on either the District or Circle line (they are basically the same in that part of town) and head towards Tower Hill where you can get on the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) to Customs House.

This is of course assuming that the DLR is working, there have been years in the past where it hasn't. I've linked the TFL website below so you can keep an eye on it.

I've been looking forward to this game for ages... and a fortnight ago my work plans changed and I'm going to be out of the country when Salute happens. Doh!

We expect lots of lovely pictures though!  :D
