Always nice to see dwarf pipers. Think I've found some potential musicians for my ongoing space dwarf project.

Get in! More halflings!  :D

One day I'm really going to have to paint some more of the army...

Gah!  For years I've been combating the rather perverse urge to start a Halfling Warband for Mordheim, but I think these guys have finally decided it!  How do they scale in with Grenadier/Mirliton's little fellas?

Really nice… even though I've read Halfing Militia Singers at first lol

BTW, who sculpted these figures?
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/

How do they scale in with Grenadier/Mirliton's little fellas?

If they are the same dimensions as the last set, they are slightly shorter than the Grenadier ones, and a bit rounder. The Grenadiers are more like smaller scale humans in comparison, whereas these look more like the 90s GW ones, but not as charicatured.

There's a comparison picture on this page of some of mine from various manufacturers:

They were sculpted by Martin Baker, matching to the existing Mark Sims sculpts for the Halflings and Whiff-Whaff's Highland Dwarves.

Ta muchly old bean; most useful indeed.  Fat little buggers, aren't they?  I've got some of the late Citadel chaps with whom they seem to scale in with most accurately, so that's only increased my resolve to build a band of 'em.   Right, who makes decent pigs then?
