Who makes the plane?

It seems the Italians were not overly concerned with camouflaging their airpower.

In Ethiopia, the Italians were only facing an enemy air force of 11-12 unarmed planes; I believe the red stripes were designed to make the plane easy to spot if it had to ditch in the desert.
