The RPG? We played it a lot a few years ago. It was a lot of fun. The rules are mostly the same as the "normal" Call of Cthulhu rules with a few adaptations and special rules. What's great about the game is the dark atmosphere of the middle ages. Really suits the Cthulhu background. If you like Cthulhu and medieval history give it a try!

There's some great adaptions of Clark Ashton Smith's medieval pieces in Worlds of Cthulhu.  His setting Averoigne , is a dark vision of medieval France.  A bit brotherhood of the wolf meets the Cthulhu Mythos.
