20mm Container, testing my freehand Grafitti
« on: May 28, 2007, 04:51:16 PM »
Been a while, but found a abused one yesterday at the carbootsale so decided to do it quick and dirty.

I think it's some HO scale container, not sure. Wasn't glued properly, and I aplied a basecoat, then the decals underneath all shrivelled  . Coated it with gloss to keep that in place and went from there. Give or take about 90 minutes work.

I like adding little things, some might be obvious, others not so.....  8)

Enjoy!

very nice idea with grafittis, Johan (make a mental note!) Decals? Are they to buy? Or did you paint the grafittis?

When I looked at the pics first I asked myself how you made this brilliant "effect". Maybe one can use it to make an effect of paint falling off.
"I'd like to send this letter to the Prussian consulate in Siam by aeromail. Am I too late for the 4:30 autogyro?"
"Uh, I better look in the manual... This book must be out of date. I don't see "Prussia", "Siam" or "autogyro"...
