I like your conversions.  I need to practice working with the green stuff myself.  The French Officer is really nice! :-*

Yep I agree, a great conversion. You are becoming very profficient with the Green stuff :)

Lovely conversion - I don't have much confidence with green stuff, so it's best to start with simple stuff like like what you've done here. These are great - if it hadn't been for your before/after pics, you wouldn't know this wasn't a mini just bought of the shelf.

 :)

A really great effort with the officer- quite a substantial conversion.

Better than anything I could hope to achieve with green stuff!

Nice conversions. Nothing major which is good. You shouldn't want to go over the top after all.

The musket is particularly good, I find triggers and finger guards very difficult!

He looks great, as an aside I take it a question with reference to the Irregular minis is for conversion "dollies" as I shudder to think of the cost of picking up Conquest minis to convert the way the £ is against the $ atm

The only criticism I can come up with is that some of the buttons on the white part of the coat could use a darker outline to help them "pop" more, but that could just be the lighting.

Have you ever checked out Steve Dean's forum? They have a board specifically for criticism. http://www.sdean-forum.co.uk/phpBB2/index.php Not that you can't get good feedback here, of course!
