New Artwork for Gloire
« on: August 02, 2006, 11:56:47 AM »
I just received the first of the interior art pieces for Gloire. Kim Allman (white manticore on TMP) is doing the interior and cover work for the book and it is absolutely stunning. If you saw Pete Murray's table at Historicon, he had some roughs on a little table sign that I did up for him. They are nothing compared to the final piece that Kim turned in.

I have this first piece on the Gloire Yahoo Group home page which you don't need to be a member to see (but feel free to join if you like swashbuckling adventure during the age of Pirates and Musketeers).

It's some excellent work.

November! The manuscript is nearly finished, the artwork is rolling in, but the pieces still have to be put together.

Kim does excellent work, and I'm really excited about the prospect of seeing it all in the same book...
