Alas, Brigade Models appears to have "cleaned h0ouse" and the Spanish Aeronefs appear to have been removed from the Design Studio pages (
http://www.brigademodels.co.uk/Frames/New/index.html) to outer darkness.
So be it.
It appears that LI has trumped Aeronef and Aquanef.
I work from the assumptions that Aeronefs are heavily influenced by the naval designs of "historical" ships when I play with Aeronef designs.
So, what were the aspects that the Spanish
might have emphasized in Aeronefs?
In Aeronef (the rules) design terms are:
Hull Speed Turns Guns Bombs are the factors and general generic design emphasis might be defense/survivability (Hull) - Speed (greyhounds versus Bull Dogs) - nimble/agility (turns) - "naval"/"Aerial" Firepower (Guns) - and Land Attack (Bombs)
Here are Brigade Models designs:
http://www.brigademodels.co.uk/Frames/Gaming/Aeronef/Profiles/NefTable.htmlI am thinking Moderate Hull, Moderate to High Speed, High Turns, Moderate Guns, and (where appropriate) Moderate Bombs.
Gracias,
Glenn
