It's basically Song of Blades with more detailed morale rules and some extra rules for guns, zombies, ghosts and all kinds of monsters. I think it's good, but you need to think of a good scenario.

You might want to go over and check out the Ganesha Games message boards.

http://ganeshagames.proboards.com/index.cgi?

I have not had a chance to play yet but I have read the rules.  It seems pretty easy to pick up and is based on the Song of Blades and Heroes games.  All Ganesha Games have great online support with the Yahoo group and the forums.  You can also download character builders to make you own characters to game with.  I think you'll like it.

I have never played "Song of Blades", so I have no idea what the mechanic is like...
How is it?   :)

You have 2 stats, Quality and Combat

For activation of a model, roll 1, 2 or 3 dice against Quality. Each succes is an action, if you roll 2 or 3 failures, you get to use any successes, then it's turnover

Then special rules define the different races/character types.

In Fear and Faith, being charged by monster(s) triggers a Fear Test.

It's a fun game. Some of the elegance of the system doesn't show in reading it. It does show in the play, however. Also, you can build whatever you want with the rules and you'll have everyone up on the rules in 10 minutes....

I ran a Zombie game, and have played some Fantasy games too. I'd recommend it.

On page 4 of my thread before is a mini battle report.
