Hausa gun crew
« on: August 06, 2010, 03:01:35 AM »
I was just looking at the Castaway Arts catalogue whilst replying to another thread and I noticed they have just added a selection of gunners to their Ashanti War range. Bare footed chaps in squashy fezzes and collarless blouses, I suspect these have quite a bit of potential to add to a lot of colonial armies, Belgians, French etc. Thought I would share the info.

Cheers. Would they do for Egyptian and/or Sudanese?

Very nice, would do for State/local Sultan forces around South East Asia as well, I think.
Cheers,

You are right, they are excellent, and easily converted to all sorts of uses.
