(I fancy some white clad sailors  with french naval hats -those with the ponpons , blue hats and sky blue ponpons- plus few in fez local ones .. BTW you may find some french sailors in OG boxer rising range, pack CBP-09 . For fezzed one you need to convert -head swaps. link is:
