@Sinewgrab; Where's the four-legged walker in the bottom left from?

You know, I am not entirely sure anymore. I got it back when I first started doing models and such when I was 12? 13? It was a Robotech model - one of about 20 sets that cost anywhere from 10 to 15 bucks - which was expensive to me at the time. This one I am currently converting so that I may be able to use it as a Leman Russ in WH40K. I found it in a box I had forgotten about when I was clearing the attic.

Looking down this merge trade I would add that archangel1 should seek some professional help. Keeping your workbench in such order and organization cannot be a natural thing.

Heck, that is a cubby-hole isn't it?
How you manage to produce such immaculate miniature buildings in such a dark little corner is beyond me..  ;)

By the way, do you still want all those half timbered buildings lining your shelf...?
Only if you need to make some more space, I'd happily give them house-room  :D

You think you have it bad, mine is the dining room table. And it all has to be cleared away after use, no leaving things out.... :'(

Great idea.
I can safely say that mine has changed very little since the last photo...

My current painting desk. There's another bench about the same size in the laundry room I use for scenery work, but the lighting is even worse there than over my painting area.

I've got one swing-arm lamp with a 100W-equiv. coily-bulb, daylight balanced, but I really need to get a second identical lamp for the right-hand side of my bench... a second lamp would alsp improve my photography - I clear part of the desk off and set up a tabletop tripod for the better pictures.

My total storage space consists of the space under this desk, and three or four boxes in the storage room. Those of you with organized, well-lit workspaces, I'm envious!

chaos (kā'ŏs')

n.

1.  A condition or place of great disorder or confusion.
2.  A disorderly mass; a jumble: The desk was a chaos of papers and unopened letters.
3.  Often Chaos: The disordered state of unformed matter and infinite space supposed in some cosmogonic views to have existed before the ordered universe.
4.  Mathematics. A dynamical system that has a sensitive dependence on its initial conditions.
5.  Obsolete. An abyss; a chasm.

And just beyond is what I call the FFFFF waiting room or annex:

Ouch point taken I was doing that for a while until I managed to lay claim to the box room. My tip is to accidently spill some paint on the dining room table or when dry brushing cause the painted walls to have a pointilist look to them that seemed to do the trick for me ;)
