I think they're from their new "imperial citizen" range, not sure if this is the official name.

I like the Duellist, also the Scriptor/ Magister, and they will be very good for Mordheim, I think ;)

Yes, but how silly is the price?
I don\'t know whether to be a good example or a horrible warning.

They're about AU$23 a pack. Nothing out of the ordinary, really.

I actually don't like them. The features are too sharp, they look more like caricatured carvings than sculpts.  ::)

Paint most of them in shades of grey or corroded bronze for statues....

If it wasn't for the "heroic" scale nonsense these would be some really nice figures.

Except the bear...for some reason GW seem alergic to making bears that look at all accurate.

I can't make up my mind about them. I like the style of them, but there's something in the sculpts that make me go "meh". Dunno... too much "adventure comics" style? I can't put my finger on it.

Also - am I the only one who don't like the paint jobs? How much do GW photoshop their product pics?

Hm... maybe that's it. They're too "perfect", like silicone stuffed "glamour models".

Not my cup of tea, but then in my opinion Games Workshop haven't made any nice miniatures since the mid 90's.
