Or is he the VD doctor?  :-X

Lovely work there.

But could not make the sickle yield."

Ps. Been watching 3.10 to Yuma again.  I'm really tempted to have a go at this....

You definitely HAVE to build that.
Yearly painting challenges only show me how useless I am at painting...

Sorry guys.....it's been a year since I did anything constructive....but I'm slowly finding my way back!

The building only recently got finished so I will arrange pictures soon.....just a few windows left to paint.

On my paint tray and half done having started this week...the boys in blue.   I also picked up a few Dead mans hand figures and the latest pack from Black Scorpion so a few more characters to paint too.  I have 4ground wagons to build as well.     Talking if which...I recently came across three resin variant wagon covers to fit these....but lost the images / links.....I thought dreamholme maybe but can't find them......anyone help please?

Welcome back to the fold, Digits.
I am glad that you intend to make some more buildings as you were one of the fellas on here that inspired me to make my own town.

Looking forward to seeing what's new in Vulture Creek.
 :D

Great link too.

Cheers fella!

Well....truth be told, I can fill a large dining table with buildings already....but there are a couple of things floating about my head I want to build.

1)  I have a grand manner teepee that will be based and a few bear skins modelled for an Indian trader.   Indian will be trussed up though and tied to a post .....our humour...just go with the concept!

2)  I want a Hardware store "Four Candles".......I may do this first as it's an easy build.   Inspired by the latest offering from 4Ground, it will be a corner shop.   The main reason for this is a little clutter on the walk way.   I have various barrels, tools and a water wagon that can be arranged "for sale" as features to cower behind.

3)  I want a "Dutch barn" style livery to replace or compliment the livery I have.  Key feature being an open hay storage area on one side and an ability to have figures pass through the ground level....possibly.

4)  the town needs a livestock auction house and more corral  fencing.

5)  been toying with an open stage with side kiosks for a travelling freak show / Wild Bill type travelling show.

So hopefully a few things of interest.

Great minds!
(Love the name, wish that I had thought of it.... lol).

The Hardware Store (Proprietor is one Eric the Shed) in my town will have the same kind of thing going on outside for exactly the same reason.
It consists of barrels, bales, tools, lanterns, mining gear etc......I just have to get around to adding those bits outside, both on the sidewalk and affixed to the front of the building and getting them painted up.

Ok then...the first stage of Four Candles.    Basic shape.   As it will be adorned in clutter....it really ONLY can be a corner shop!  To be fair...VC is a warren of streets every time it sets up (morphs every time) so corners are particularly useful.

It will get a front "porch cover" once the planking out is done.   I need to find suitable posters to plaster it with....
