A fine collection. I had a look at Blazeaway's webstore. It's a bit shit, isn't it?

Sadly, yes. It's mostly under construction. They do weapon packs extremely well e.g. pistols with hands etc. What you have to understand as well, is that geographically, they're in the centre of Australia... Darwin is the "last frontier", and for them to do what they do is pretty impressive!

I hear their lead is cast naturally under the blazing NT sun - no flames required.

Some of their stuff can be pretty ordinary - the arty looks good though.

I'm really liking what I'm seeing here mate - it all looks great.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

I hope to have something more substantial on the tomb over the next few weeks.

My cork bark is running very low. Also, my dog keeps stealing bits I leave around my work space and eats them. No kidding :/

I also wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for decent mounted (and hopefully on foot) flashy-looking arab leader? Converting isn't out of the question, but something as is would be better.

Something like the Magi from the Mummy Returns... or this chap:

Try feeding him mate. ;)

Blazeaway miniatures do a really nice set of mounted and foot, with both guns and hand weapons.

For some reason their site no longer has pictures - but here are some from the web

If not exactly like what u are after, at least a good basis for conversion.

I haven't done too much work on this project (apart from some cork buildings, but that's for another day).
Although, I thought I might entertain you all with a photo of my cork-eating canine, Toby:

He looks rather tame, doesn't he?

He's very cute - I wonder does he float?
