Actually I meant any specific line of armour - the earlier ones in the post apoc range are 'not' enclave and t-45 armour but I couldn't pick out a type for this one.

It was established in another thread that it is Vault-Tec power armour.
From a New Vegas mod, no less.

But are you perhaps thinking of Frank Horrigan?
