I had a couple of "Dr who" plastic werewolves knocking about and thought I' have a go a converting one for some Victorian Monster Hunting.
I was ju going to give it a repaint but the original mini is a little basic for my tastes. The stance is too upright and it was missing some clothing...

I decided to re-position the legs and give it a more stooped appearance. I also added some trousers and a shirt with some Green-stuff.

Here's a comparison shot between an original mini and the conversion.

That conversion is very well done.Totally changed the original miniature.

Outstanding! A reasonable model becomes a great one.

I have half a dozen of those for Dog Soldiers type scenarios, but am too chicken to hack them up and repose them. It would only end in
