I've got the three of them but as yet unpainted (or incomplete). Nice minis though but bigger than the popular 25/28mm minis such as GW, Pig Iron, Infinity, Hasslefree, G.O.T., et al

Yes, they're enormous (for a mini the size of a person's thumb, that is).  Look like the size that a GW Space Marine should be.

I'm having difficulty figuring out a good paint scheme for mine.  I guess the Cadian yellow/green would do but I'd like to put some camo on him and have the fabric a different color from the body armor.

For some reason I am completely blocked, artistically.  Same problem with a little group of Nova Corp guys, too.  Just brain-blocked.  Don't know why.

I'd love to see some examples to get the creativity going.

I managed to get one recently, an eBay job for 1p. Made my day :) I haven't painted him yet, but when I do he'll be pretty true to their source material - http://www.google.co.uk/images?q=gears+of+war&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1440&bih=785

Do you mean those two?

Nice figures, and I didn't know there was a third one! Do you have a link to the figure? I cannot seem to find it on the Reaper site.

For mine, I basically used that Gears of War scheme, with an orange Lambda as a unit sign on the shoulder pads.

Nice, Chris.  What colors did you use?  I really like them.

IIRC, I used Vallejo Model Color exclusively - the armour being based on "Dark Rubber", subsequently highlighted with white mixed in, washes of "German Grey" and Black for the textile areas, "Russian Uniform" for pouches mixed with Khaki for the highlights.

Yes, I think they are - cannot check, though. I seem to recall, though, that the minigunner was too broad-stanced to fit onto a 25mm base, so I opted for 30mm for both.
