Looking for company/platoon-level East Front TO&E's/ORBATs

I'd like to expand my 15mm gaming to various Eastern Front scenarios (especially Stalingrad and partisan warfare) using Peter Pig and Eureka Miniatures figures. My intention is to use the FAD 4 or USE ME rules to play small-scale skirmishes in these settings, involving mostly infantry and a few vehicles.

So I'm looking for information about how the forces - Soviet and German - were organized at the company/platoon level at the Eastern Front, so that I'll buy the right miniatures.

Help would be appreciated.

i'd suggest you field what you want - units never went into battle with the correct TOE, and by Stalingrad units strengths were all over the place, equipment varied, and included captured weaponry, so unless you want to place a competition game...{shudder}....i'd suggest you buy whatever catches your eye, and split it into 3 or 4 squads a platoon, with a command section, and replicate at Company level - Soviets will, on the whole, have less officers, and generally larger units, but with less support weaponry.

I'm thinking about buying the SMG Platoon pack from Peter Pig (http://www.peterpig.co.uk/ww2_platoon_packs.htm) as well as two single T-34 and a mortar for the Soviets, and about three squads (with an MG34, a flamethrower and a panzerschrek) and a command team for the Germans. Later on I'll buy a partisan platoon from Eureka (two rifle squads, SMG squad, HMG, demolition specialist and command team) with some Peter Pig figures thrown in for variety (especially female French Resistance which I'll paint as female Soviet partisans).
