yet another hello

Hello all,

I've been painting minis for a long time (actually had to tell the GW assistant the other day that it was longer than he'd been alive  ).

Main interests are fantasy, science fiction and modern apocalypses. There's some great zombie stuff on the forums, which is one of the main reasons I joined.

I have a question about bases, but I need to take some pictures first to illustrate the problem, so there should be at least one more post from me before I revert to my usual lurker mode

So, I uploaded some pics to illustrate the base problem I'm having, then thought I'd check to see if someone had already encountered the same sort of problem.

You know what - they had, and they had a solution. Downright inconsiderate if you ask me . There's me been wracking my brain for months and someone has gone and solved the problem

Still, I am really bad at bases (still haven't got the hang of sand and static grass), so even the step by step may elude me
